Millennium Tower (Gardoš Kula) is a memorial tower located in the heart of Zemun. It was built and opened on 20 August 1896 to celebrate a thousand years of Hungarian settlement in the Pannonian plain. It is 36 mt. tall, and has the best view of Zemun and Dunav river.
